Gilmour hints at a falling out in his last tour with certain band members. There had been a shakeup mid tour where most notably Phil Manzanera and Jon Carin were replaced. There was a lot of rumor that Manzanera and Gilmour had fallen out, but that's pretty much been quietly debunked over the subsequent years.
