23 de may. de 2024 · Here, we describe a PD-associated protein, C-type lectin receptor-like kinase 1 (CLRLK1), which positively regulates symplasmic continuity via PD callose-dependent manner in Arabidopsis thaliana. Further, we demonstrate that CLRLK1 interacts with Actin Depolymerizing Factor 3 (ADF3) and modulates PD callose deposition.

Hace 4 días · The purified lectin protein inhibited the hepatocellular carcinoma cells (HepG2) growth with an IC 50 of 265μg/ml. The finding of the current study highlights a promising anti-cancerous and anti-bacterial action of lectin purified from Lepidium sativum plant seeds.
