The Pastor said plans to rebuild are in the works. “It was one of the worst things I’ve ever been through,” said Susan Provo, congregate. Provo said she’s been a part of the First Congregational Church of Spencer for 54 years.

Johnson St., came in at 11:17 a.m., about 10 minutes after witnesses reported hearing an extraordinarily loud boom in the area, likely from a lightning strike, Madison Fire Department spokesperson Cynthia Schuster said.
