Thinking Fellers Union Local 282 (their least "out there" songs - like 91 Dodge Van - might scratch that itch) Moldy Peaches (they're a bit hit-or-miss for me, but somewhat similar. Jorge Regula is my favorite of theirs) If you haven't heard them, you might like the first two Eels albums.

music. I commend you for somehow making text that's legible but styling it in a way that makes it impossible to read without wanting to tear my eyes out. Too many words. I’m gonna to hit you with a hammer. Listen to king crimson and black midi. I recommend 21st century schizoid man and sugar/tzu respectively.
Hace 5 días · I’ve written about how much we obsessed with record labels back then, and in 1990 an endorsement from Matador meant a hell of a lot. 5 I went to see a West Coast experimental act called Thinking Fellers Union Local 282, which I found tuneless and shouty.
