Probably because the sim did a poor job of modeling the ground handling of the castor type tail wheel behavior.
I got in a fight, lost my tail, almost my head. Some guy tried to eat me. I’m hiding in a banana pile for a few days. If you find me, give me some bird meat. Or just say hi. And I’m keeping a knife in her with me too if that creature gets an idea… and I lost my mask too. Damn.
In my country, every tail-dragger MUST be flown with a wing-hanger, it’s the law. My wing-hanger is named Piotr, he is 15 years old, and has been a certified wing hanger for 6 years—he’s the best in the business. As for how Americans do it? I couldn’t even make a guess…those lawless savages.

If the pilot doesn’t react in time, the momentum of the rear end reaches a point where even full opposite rudder and brake can’t stop it.
