I also try to avoid my phone, which I don’t. I also read, listen to books, try to spin a vinyl record, and walk the dog (separately). It never works out quite that way.
3 de may. de 2024 · Cut to now. Audiobooks are no longer niche: the industry is booming. So many good productions are out there, available through apps like Libby. So it grates when someone asserts that audiobooks aren’t reading, or worse, “cheating”. As if reading were a sport. It’s ableist to say audiobooks are second-tier.
