Pratibha Devisingh Patil visited the Shrine of the Sufi Saint, Sayyid Mir Ali Muhammad Hamadani in Kulyab in Tajikistan on September 8, 2009. The Saint visited the region of Kashmir in the State of Jammu and Kashmir some 6 Centuries ago, and is an abiding link between India and Tajikistan.
