He is survived by his longtime girlfriend, Dorothy Bouchard, son David and his wife Cheryl Crabtree, daughter Linda and her husband Skip Smith and daughter Julie and her husband Mike Towle, grandchildren Steven Crabtree, Elizabeth, Benjamin, Mikah and Jordan Smith, Kyle and Owen Burrell. Graveside services will be held at a later date.
