Hace 2 días · In Utero is the third and final studio album by the American rock band Nirvana, released on September 21, 1993, by DGC Records. After breaking into the mainstream with their second album, Nevermind (1991), Nirvana hired Steve Albini to record In Utero, seeking a more complex, abrasive sound that was reminiscent of their work prior to Nevermind.

I can’t remember where I saw it but I think Kurt really liked dolls so that was some of his inspiration I think. I feel like this album has the best mix of grunginess, more pop like stuff while having killer traditional rock stuff at the same time. I love every last track on this album as weird of a mix as it is.
Incesticide was the very first Nirvana I ever heard. It holds a dear place in my heart. Dive, SLIVER, Turn around, Molly's lips, Mexican seafood, hairspray queen, aero zeppelin, aneurysm are still some of my absolute favorite songs.
