29 de jul. de 2024 · 개요 [편집] 근대 일본 의 계몽운동가 겸 철학자 로, 메이지 유신 의 주역 중 한 사람이다. 게이오기주쿠대학 의 전신인 게이오기주쿠 (慶應義塾; 경응의숙)를 설립한 교육인, 지지신보 (時事新報; 시사신보) [5] 를 창간한 언론인 이자 Democracy (→民主主義), Government (→政府) 등 영어 의 여러 어휘를 번역해 한자문화권 에 소개한 언어학자 이기도 하다. 당대 일본 지식인들의 사상에 지대한 영향을 미친 인물로, 700여 년 간 이어져 온 막부 정치를 종식하고, 서양의 문물을 수용하여 개혁할 것을 역설하였다.
