Jack Nitzsche usually arranged the songs for Spector, but he was absent, and the arrangement was done by Gene Page. As with his other songs, Spector started by cutting the instrumental track first, building up layers of sound to create the Wall of Sound effect.

6 de may. de 2024 · There are a couple of other volumes featuring Earl Palmer and Herman Ernest, which are available from Alfred Music. I was lucky to find all of them on DVD several years ago while visiting New Orleans. If you haven’t seen this before, do yourself a favor and watch all of it. Great information and great music!
