26 de may. de 2024 · Auch Jansen selbst tritt als Sänger in Aktion. Mit Tender Extinction ist Steve Jansen ein schönes, geradezu betörendes Ambient-Album gelungen, dessen karge Klänge sich hervorragend zur musikalischen Untermalung eisiger Tage, wie sie im Januar 2017 vorherrschen, eignet.

Looking back on his notes for an online listening party in 2021, Steve shared that sessions for Gentlemen Take Polaroids began at The Townhouse studios in London in July 1980, where the title track and ‘Ain’t That Peculiar’ were recorded.
