You watch too much Satoshi Kon back to back and your mind unravels. During my hiatus, I rediscovered my love for this late great titan of the anime industry. There's a few mangaka that have had a substantial impact on my own art and how I perceive the world, and in finding and rewatching Perfect Blue, I remembered that one of those people was Satoshi Kon, and his fractured realities.
