15 de jun. de 2024 · Greg Black Bass Trombone Throats & Backbores. by bassclef » Sat Jun 15, 2024 8:12 pm. I have been playing a 1 7/16G since they first came out a couple years ago. These have a .295" throat and the #2 backbore. I have recently been trying the 1 3/8G.
27 de jun. de 2024 · I currently own a GB 4.5G-5G Regular weight Trombone mouthpiece and I am interested on a GB New York 5,5 trombone mouthpiece. According to Greg Black's website both of these mouthpieces are similar with regards to the rim width and cup depth.

I've been looking at the Greg Black NY Legend mouthpieces, but I'm not sure if those mouthpieces are small bore. Could someone give me advice on what mouthpieces would be best for my trombone, or if there's a Greg Black mouthpiece that would best suit it?
20 de jun. de 2024 · Greg Black 1-1/4RC 24 throat - $180 (purchased in April for $220) (this was a custom build by Greg - "Revised Cup" it's a 1-1/4 that was made a little wider just under the rim entrance without affecting the rim diameter)
