The Crow is a dark supernatural action thriller directed by Alex Proyas, based on the comic book of the same name by James O’Barr. The story follows Eric Draven, played by Brandon Lee, a rock musician who is brutally murdered along with his fiancée, Shelly, by a gang of criminals.
2 de may. de 2024 · The film is set in a dystopian future – the hellscape of 2022! – where a former US marine named Robbins, played by Ray Liotta, is wrongfully convicted of murder and sent to a remote island prison called Absolom as punishment. This island is a lawless penal colony where the inmates are left to fend for themselves without guards or rules.
Hace 4 días · Graeme Revell supplied the score, which is superb, but it’s the diverse collection of Nineties alternative, grunge, and industrial songs that really propels the film. Rather than just being a way to create a marketable soundtrack album for the studio, the songs in The Crow are an active part of its texture.
7 de may. de 2024 · Graeme Revell’s score and music from Stone Temple Pilots, Nine Inch Nails and other contemporary artists sounds great. Dialogue is clear and centred, but occasionally is a bit down in the mix. The Crow 4K also comes with a digital code, though once again a digital code is missing from the Canadian release.
