Wilmer Eduardo Valderrama (Miami, 30 de enero de 1980) es un actor estadounidense-venezolano, conocido por su personaje de "Fez" en la sitcom That '70s Show. También interpreta al agente especial Nicholas Torres en la serie de televisión NCIS.
