22 de may. de 2024 · George Roger Waters (born 6 September 1943) is an English musician and singer-songwriter. In 1965, he co-founded the rock band Pink Floyd as the bassist. Following the departure of the songwriter, Syd Barrett, in 1968, Waters became Pink Floyd's lyricist, co-lead vocalist and conceptual leader until his departure in 1985.

Da beglücken uns andere Künstler doch wesentlich häufiger mit ihren Live-Ergüssen. ‘In The Flesh‘ dokumentierte die damalige Welttournee von 1999 und 2000. Ich habe damals das Konzert in Hannover gesehen.
The Band was a Canadian-American rock group formed in Toronto, Ontario, in 1967. Originally the backing band for Ronnie Hawkins and later Bob Dylan, the group released its debut album, Music from Big Pink, in 1968 to critical acclaim.
