Help! The bottom of my Arcadia cage is getting too hot to the touch and I'm afraid of burning my snake. I have a Herpstat 4 running and probes secured to the DHPs I'm using and they're set to 95. But the bottom of the heat cage is getting really hot to the touch and burns after a few seconds of holding my hand to it. Please anyone help.
