I’ve (30f) lived in the second floor of a triple decker for a year with my roommate (40m). Our upstairs neighbors moved out a few months ago and the landlord flipped the apartment. New neighbor moved in a month ago. We have never met him face to face. We have two dogs, my dog a pitbull and my roommate’s an Australian Shepard.
