This is the app, yeah. And yes, you can give it a level. I don’t give it difficulty parameters. It speaks in a pretty formal way, but the vocabulary is very much what an adult would use so it feels good right now. When I used this for reading with LingQ, I would tell it “A2” or “B1” vocabulary at first. It worked that piece well.
