Home Stretch, delivered by Better Futures, is a ground-breaking initiative which helps every Victorian young person in care with support to transition to adulthood and a place to call home until they reach the age of 21. As of 1 January 2021, Home Stretch is universal for young care leavers in Victoria.

These have been designed to provide young people and their carers with information in bite size chunks to support decision making.
