I give "Roller Boogie" the pass because the young cast seem to have an infectuous enthusiasm for what they're doing and it comes across as winning. Linda Blair is cute in the girl-next-door mold but it is pretty obvious that she was doubled in her skating scenes. "Roller Boogie" is cinematic ice cream and I don't mean that as a negative.
Always enjoyed this one for the memories it brings back. Roller skating and hanging out at the beach were some very special times. The acting lacked in a few areas but the finale was great! This review is from Roller Boogie [Blu-ray] [1979] I would recommend this to a friend.

28 de jul. de 2015 · Roller Boogie has been released by Olive Films on DVD and Blu-ray, in what is a really nice-looking print. It’s a bare bones MOD Blu-ray with chapter options only, and no subtitles. The sound in particular is very good, and with a soundtrack that is occasionally stellar — “Boogie Wonderland” and Cher’s “Hell on Wheels” in particular — that’s important.
