The Vaughan Metropolitan Centre will: Offer 32,000 residential units. House more than 60,000 residents. Have 542,000 square feet of retail space. Have 1.6 million square feet of office space. The VMC currently has 4,200 residents already delighting in its amenities and anticipates 13,000 when projects are complete.
