Matt is a good drummer but he did a bit too many unnecessary fills on UYI imo, Steven was the perfect drummer for gnr and will always be the best. For songs i'd pick double talkin jive for Matt and obviously rocket queen for Steven. I think Adler has the superior groove while Matt is the one with more technique.
Hey, guys! I was just thinking about the best GNR drummer in their history and, obviously, Steven Adler and Matt Sorum came to my mind (fuck Frank Ferrer). Me, as a drummer, I can say that they are both awesome but have different styles. While Steven has more feeling, Matt is a much more technical drummer.
