martini & rossi® rosso & tonic Conceived in the 1970s to refresh Luigi Rossi™s original recipe, this sparkling long drink is garnished with orange to lift its orange notes. Martini Rosso. Hailing from Turin, this sweet Italian vermouth was created in the 1862s by Martini Rosso. It is made from wine that is infused with various botanicals such as plants, barks, or flowers. The macerate of the botanicals is added together with caramel, which gives the drink its distinguishing red color.

As mentioned above, let it warm up for a few minutes after taking it out of the fridge. However, avoid having it at room temperature as its flavours may become overly alcoholic.
