18 de oct. de 2011 · Sixteen years after the previous Howling sequel we finally get “The Howling VIII: Reborn” (2011). As far as technical filmmaking goes, this is the best of the sequels, but I prefer the stories & characters of “VI: The Freaks” (1991), “V: The Rebirth” (1989) and maybe even “IV: The Original Nightmare” (1988) which, admittedly, was almost ruined by its rushed, awkward ending.
In the Shermer High School, the teenager Will Kidman is bullied by his school mate Roland. Will lost his mother when he was born and he lives alone with his father Jack Kidman.
