  7. SECONDARY CURRICULUM OVERVIEW. At Cromwell our goal is to develop in all of our pupils the skills, competencies and knowledge relevant to life in the 21st Century. Pupils begin their secondary education in Key Stage 3 by studying a broad academic curriculum. During Year 9 they choose their GCSE options, allowing them to specialise in Key Stage 4.
