Probably Anesthetize. Not because its difficult or because its long: but because it is difficult to play it as intricate as him. Anesthetize is the obvious pick but I think Sound of Muzak, Bonnie The Cat, Futile, and Hate Song deserve a mention too for being really iconic Gavin Harrison's performances.
