Michael Moorcock 2012. Michael John Moorcock (* 18.Dezember 1939 in Mitcham, Surrey, England) ist ein britischer Science-Fiction- und Fantasy-Schriftsteller.Er wurde auch als Herausgeber des SF-Magazins New Worlds (von 1964 bis 1971 und sporadisch in den Jahren bis 1996) und seine langjährige Zusammenarbeit mit der Space-Rock-Band Hawkwind („Silver Machine“) in den 1970er Jahren bekannt.
