Professor Solomon made a cameo in Richard Linklater's film Waking Life, as Linklater was once a student of Solomon's. With that said, I believe Solomon is a legend and is the best on the Great Courses series. Whoever gives him a bad rating is clueless and clearly did not understand his lectures, or in other words, were over their heads.
