13 de dic. de 2022 · Ferrari have appointed Fred Vasseur as Team Principal, with the Alfa Romeo boss and Sauber Motorsport CEO replacing Mattia Binotto from January 2023. Binotto, who joined Ferrari as an engine engineer in 1995 before rising to take the helm of F1’s most famous team, resigned last month .

(NYSE/EXM: RACE) (“Ferrari” or the “Company”) today announced that Fred Vasseur will join Scuderia Ferrari on 9 January as Team Principal and General Manager.. Vasseur has over 25 years of winning motor racing experience, commencing in the junior formulas and over the last decade in Formula 1.
Frédéric Vasseur (geboren op 28 mei 1968 te Draveil, Ile-de-France) is een Franse autosportingenieur en -manager met een lange carrière als manager van teams uit de Formule-serie. Hij was de algemeen directeur, CEO en teambaas van het in Zwitserland gevestigde Alfa Romeo Racing en werd in december 2022 benoemd tot teambaas van het Scuderia Ferrari F1 team ter vervanging van Mattia Binotto.

13 de dic. de 2022 · Successivamente, 12 luglio 2017, Peter Sauber ha annunciato di aver assunto Frédéric Vasseur come amministratore delegato di Sauber Motorsport AG e Team Principal del team Sauber F1 Team. Il 13 dicembre 2022 viene annunciato che Vasseur sarà il nuovo Team Principal della Scuderia Ferrari, oltre che General Manager.
