By doing so, they were able to regain some of the danger and shock-rock street cred that their concerts had lost, and the Plasmatics were able to corrupt young minds in towns they could never play alone.

The band was a controversial group known for wild live shows that broke countless taboos as part of an assault on American popular culture.
