It's Amityville..don't expect too much horror in it, or overwhelming SFX. The movie is ok, but not as daring as it's predecessor Amityville II: The Posession. The Demon, when it finally appears towards the end, is laughable and in fact brings the whole movie down, but as mentioned by others, the sequels in the Amityville series have their ups and downs..this one is a downer, but still watchable.
