Yves Bouvier. The Bouvier Affair was a number of international lawsuits that started in 2015, and subsequent events. The lawsuits allege that Swiss art shipper and dealer Yves Bouvier defrauded his clients by misrepresenting the original cost of art works and subsequently overcharging them. The affair has played out in courts in Monaco, Switzerland, France, the US, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Yves Bouvier wurde in der 1946 gegründeten Firma seines Vaters Jean-Jacques Bouvier, Natural Le Coultre S. A., gross. Diese Firma gründet sich schon auf andere Unternehmungen, die bis in das Jahr 1859 zurückreichen. [2] Er reüssierte 1995 als Assistent, zwei Jahre später als Verwaltungsdirektor.
