During his playing career he was known as a prolific attacking midfielder. In 2015 Platini was banned from football for several years over an improper payment.
Michel Platini (Jœuf, 21 juni 1955) is een Frans voormalig profvoetballer en voormalig sportbestuurder van Italiaanse afkomst.
