Biographie. Niv Sultan est née, a grandi et a fait ses études à Jérusalem dans le quartier de Kiryat Menachem. Elle est la fille de Meirav et Shlomo Sultan, juifs sépharades du Maroc, et elle a trois frères.Elle a fréquenté l'école élémentaire Tali (Renforcement des études juives) dans le quartier de Beit Vagan, et plus tard le lycée Mae Boyar à Jérusalem.
