Glodean, Linda and Diane grew up in San Pedro, California, where they were known as the Croonettes. The trio met Barry White while singing at a recording session he was producing, for artist Trixie Robertson. Impressed by their sound, Barry started working with the group and became their manager/writer/producer and “Love Unlimited” was created.
