  6. WIDE PRAIRIE has a certain charm to it. The title track and "Seaside Woman" are both fun songs, and the two tracks recorded in Jamaica and produced by Lee Perry are very good. It's generous, with 16 songs clocking in over 50+ minutes, and an interesting listen.

Hard as it is to put all of Linda's good work to one side, it is necessary for one to assess this record on its musical merits.
