Their demo was released later in 1985 as Mojo Nixon & Skid Roper, and the anticorporate "Jesus at McDonald's" became a hit on college radio. Nixon and Roper toured as the Beat Farmers' opening act, then went to Los Angeles to record their second album, the aptly titled Frenzy.
