Amos calls his band The Brotherhood and included are Chris “Doctor” Roberts, guitar; Keyboardist Dapo Torimiro; bassist Jerry “Wyzard ” Seay; and drummer Steve Farrone. All the vocals and harmonica are from Amos.
The Brotherhood first teamed up on the Rev’s Mindi Abair-produced 2015 debut blues LP, The Reverend Shawn Amos Loves You. They gathered again for the 2020 release, Blue Sky. The album features a scorching duet with Grammy nominee, Ruthie Foster, and debuted at number 6 on the Billboard Blues Chart.
