Intent. The aim of Shelley College is to provide opportunities for students to develop as independent, confident, successful learners with high aspirations who give their personal best to their studies, community and the wider society. There is a strong focus on developing student’s moral, spiritual, social and cultural understanding.
I feel privileged to have worked at Shelley College since 2004. I have held a variety of positions in my time at Shelley College ranging from a curriculum leader, Head of Sixth Form and Assistant Principal. In my current role, I have the opportunity to work closely with the Principal influencing and designing the curriculum we offer.

Calendar Dates 2024 - 2025. School begins - Tuesday 3rd September 2024. School Closes. School Opens. Half Term. Friday 25th October 2024. Monday 4th November 2024. Christmas. Friday 20th December 2024.
Personal Development Morning is running P1-3 on the 20th March. Published 19/03/24. March 20th is a Personal Development morning at Shelley College. This will see students off-timetable Period 1-3 to attend statutory sessions for PSHE, Citizenship and RS. During the morning, students in all lower school year groups will cover statut.

The Curriculum at Shelley College offers a range of both A-level and vocational subjects that provide students with excellent opportunities to develop skills, competencies and abilities which make them more employable in their future careers.
