5 de abr. de 2010 · Review: Gary Walker & The Rain Album No. 1 is a classic album from the late '60s period of Jimi Hendrix inspired psychedelic rock and pop music. The lead-off track, Magazine Woman, features Joey Molland on lead vocals and distorted lead guitar and Paul Crane on piano.
Während der anschließenden Japan-Tournee wurde das Album Gary Walker & The Rain Album No 1 veröffentlicht, aus dem eine EP und zwei Singles ausgekoppelt wurden. Mit der japanischen Support-Band The Carnabeats nahm Gary anschließend den Song Cutie Morning Moon auf, zu dem Scott Walker Lyrics beisteuerte.
El único álbum del grupo, con el poco imaginativo título de Álbum nº 1, también se publicó únicamente en Japón. Solamente en 2009 se editó como CD en el Reino Unido. A Gary Walker se le permitió volver a tocar la batería en las grabaciones; también actuó regularmente como cantante y escribió canciones para el grupo.
