Jeremiah E. Burke High School. The Burke is the first high school in the state of Massachusetts to exit the Turnaround status. The Burke offer small unique communities identified as academies for each grade level. Personalized learning in longer teaching blocks with specialized academies leads to strong relations between students and staff.
The Burke seeks to empower each student through engagement in a rigorous program of academic, social, and moral excellence. It is our vision for every graduate to accomplish this through their actions and disposition of our school’s core value: Perseverance, Responsibility, Collaboration, and Respect.
Includes yearbooks for 1948, 1950, and 1968; student magazines "The Quill" from 1934-1954 with gaps; and framed National Honor Society charter, 1946.
