Sophia Victoria Twisleton-Wykeham-Fiennes (born 12 February 1967), better known as Sophie Fiennes, is an English film director and producer. She is the sister of actors Ralph Fiennes and Joseph Fiennes, director Martha Fiennes and composer Magnus Fiennes.
Sophie Fiennes' father was a photographer and illustrator. Her mother was an artist and writer who took Sophie to see Waiting for Gadot when she was 9 years old, and then Macbeth when she was 11. "My mother and my father believed that ideas mattered," Fiennes says, "and that creativity mattered."
Sophie Fiennes, yes, one of that Fiennes family, is late. Her first bus left her stranded in south London because she couldn't squeeze her buggy on board.
