It seems to be a collection of music from around the world and each song has a ton of really bright and interesting instrumentation amongst it. I really love the opening track Visions of You.

Rising Above Bedlam nowadays sounds a little old-fashioned at times, and it is a mixed bag, but the good stuff is very good. It's an excellent reminder of the kind of world techno that was very trendy at the time. "Visions of You" was one of the singles, and remains Wobble's most distinctive and memorable track.
