I recently acquired this double CD by Freebass (It's a beautiful life); purely on the strength of Peter Hook. I have to say that Hooky's bass playing is still up to par and glad to hear some fresh voices on vocals. It has quite a few good tracks, but not a "Barn Burner" for sure. But, for a first outing I am reasonable satisfied.
