Alexandra Maria Lara (născută Alexandra Plătăreanu; n. 12 noiembrie 1978, București, România) este o actriță germană, născută în România, fiica actorului Valentin Plătăreanu.S-a mutat cu familia în Germania când avea patru ani și a absolvit liceul Francez din Berlin, după care a studiat la școala de actorie Charlottenburg Theaterwerkstatt.
Biography. Alexandra Maria Lara, born as Alexandra Maria Platareanu on November 12, 1978, in Bucharest, Romania, as the daughter of actor Valentin Platareanu. In 1983, her family left Romania for political reasons and went to West Berlin via Freiburg. In Berlin, her father set up the officially recognized "Schauspielschule Charlottenburg".
