Thanks for the feedback – it’s only a 1:1 sugar syrup so it’s not too sweet BUT in saying that, it can be too sweet for some… you may have noticed that I actually mentioned this within the article 🙂. I also recommended another recipe with bourbon – which I prefer, personally.
