Ebay müsste folglich plausibel darlegen, warum eine Ausweisvorlage erforderlich ist. Eine plausible Begründung fehlt, der Wunsch nach Identifizierung eines mehrjährigen Mitglieds ist kaum schlüssig. Falls jedoch Ebay die Ausweisvorlage von mir erzwingen könnnte, könnte alles außer meinem Namen und der Adresse geschwärzt werden.
Kurz gesagt, Ware ist weg inkl.
