Tetsu Yamauchi was brought in to replace Fraser, while John "Rabbit" Bundrick became the band's keyboard player to compensate for the increasingly unreliable Kossoff (singer Paul Rodgers played keyboards on the previous album 1972 Free at Last).

He followed Andy Fraser in Free and Ronnie Lane in Faces and helped both bands extend their careers on Heartbreaker with the former and Coast to Coast: Overture and Beginners with the latter.. Retired from the music business for more 20 years and back in his native Japan, Tetsu lives a quiet live as he turns 75 today ...
